We have a sister location in NJ called DeNunzio's Brick Oven Pizza in New Jersey that won the best boardwalk cheese slice in the entire state of NJ for two years in a row. We offer that recipe here.
To get the cheese pizza the way we make it in NJ, order our regular cheese pizza, "Fine Folk Style," for no extra charge. Making a pizza Fine Folk Style means adding a little extra marinara sauce on top of the pizza and fresh basil once it's out of the oven.

*We offer a gluten-free crust, however, because our store is only 1000 square feet we cook that crust in the same oven along with all the other pizzas. This is why we say it's gluten-friendly instead of gluten-free.
We are United States Pizza Champions. We won the Caputo Cup in Atlantic City, NJ in 2018 and 2019 for the best non-traditional pizza in the USA. We are proud of that, but also realize we are only as good as the last pizza served.
